Launcher Dialogue Box

When I click to open game it says new update and to go back out of the game and update from the launcher Dialogue box.  Where is the Launcher Dialogue Box?  When you open ROF the Dialogue Box opens first but in BOS it opens right to the game? Need to know where the launcher dialoge is located for BOS so I can select update......Thanks for any help

right click the application icon

choose > open file path

the game folder opens

choose launcher.exe

and you're done
