Game crashes "Can't load object" error

So, I'm in a Quick Mission, flying solo in the 190A3, on either the Stalingrad Winter or the Stalingrad Autumn map, I've enabled all available ground objects (except ships) and enabled Autopilot.

 

I'm just testing my TrackIR and enjoying the scenery, when after about 5 minutes, I'm sent back to desktop with a Windows error dialogue "Can't load object"

 

This happens every time at the same time/place in the mission.

 

Is there a way to debug or a log file I can send in order to establish what the issue is?

 

I'm wondering if the Quick Mission template is trying to load an object from a BOM scenario, as I don't have BOM that would explain why it cannot be loaded ... ?

I have figured out the issue. (It was my mistake!)

It was when I selected Aerobatic Smoke as a loadout and allowed the autopilot to attempt to attack ground targets.   
 

I realise this is not a normal scenario and therefore it was my mistake for choosing the incorrect loadout for the template, however instead of sending the user to desktop with an error message,  I think a better solution needs to be found.
