Another new pilot looking for squad

Hello all,

 

I just bought the software and my joystick and rudder pedals will arrive within two weeks (still looking for a good throttle stick). I am looking for a community where I can improve my meager piloting skill and experience multiplayer flight sim for the first time. I have a great interest in the world of aviation since childhood and have basic level of aviation knowledge, as two of my family members are pilots (one of them is still active) and another is an aircraft technician.

 

My experience in flight sim is mostly playing the first IL2 Shturmovik, all the way to Pacific Fighters, way back in 2001-2006. I've only played singleplayer as I don't have access to network by then. I spent most of my IL2 flight hours in Yak series and P-40, but I am open to acquire new (virtual) ratings.

 

I am interested to join a squadron which have training programs, but pretty casual (I have family and a career). I don't mind flying under any nation flag, and I am living in UTC -6.
