A-20!! - A true Ed Heinemann classic. Pretty sure we will get his SBD Dauntless too... :-)

 

Carrier Ops with the sublime, tweaked Il-2-series ground physics. Spectacular.

 

Carrier Ops with VR! - I bet that will be absolutely nerve-wracking and incredibly immersive. Can't wait.

 

- You hit this one out of the ballpark, Jason. I wish you all the success in the world and I will do my bit to help make it happen, starting out with a give-away of a BOS Premium Edition license key.

 

Just tell me, in this thread, why you think you should have it, or a friend of yours should have it. If you feel the info you want to give me is too personal to be posted in the forum you are of course welcome to PM me. I'll give the license key away on Sunday. Yes, I want it to go to someone new to the series, hopefully. If you or others have a friend or an acquaintance who would be interested in discovering these sims...

I would love have this game.   I used to play different flight simulators like Jane's and Microsoft flight sims, but those were all old(windows 95 and 2000 era games).   I tried Warthunder but that is not a good game for sim flights.  Also tried a bit of DCS but I would rather have a WWII era flight simulator.   I've seen Magz play this game in a few different youtube videos and this game looks excellent.

I'd like to enter my friend Blake, he doesn't have an account on here or anything. He wanted to try out my HOTAS, and he's more of a space simmer right now who is running my old T16000M stick that I gifted him. I let him try out BOS/BOM and for a guy who has never played a WW2 flight simulator, he really enjoyed it despite crashing a lot. It'd be nice to bring in a brand new person to our flight sim community.

Amazing. I`m simply stunned by the kindness of people on a games\sim forum. I don`t see this anywhere else to anything like this degree.

I took the plunge and preordered Yak1b even though its a bad economical situation here. Thats how I appreciate work of this team.

Good going blackram! - A sim like this is well worth supporting. We're not exactly awash in them... 

 

I gifted Il-2:BoS to stuffinDmuffins friend and hope he will have fun with it!

Got my yak9 and ju52 ordered. Got my Vive ordered. Waiting for pre-orders to begin. The future looks bright.

I was also absolutely amazed by the announcement. I really think i'm going to like Kuban as a theater and the number off improvements is very impressive. The addition off an ROF like Career mode really shows that you guys listen to the community and want to make the best WW2 sim to date. 

 

My third preorder is coming for sure. Give me three gold bars!

Just give it a shot, although I had both, one of my flight mate been flying CloD over many years and favoured it over BOS mainly based on the graphic aspect. Sending him a free copy might convince him a shifting from Channels to Eastern fronts.

lol. Almost the same for me. Waiting for the new laptop to release (very soon) to get the game.  My laptop is 6 years old and can't run Il2 1946 at 30fps lol. But I'm not new to flight sim or Il2. Can't wait to get my hand on this game.

Hopefully after a week or two he'll be able to take off in a 109 without crashing.
