This was clicking on the Mission Report button.  Mission Reports attached.

That would happen if there is a mismatch between campaign squadron members in the campaign file and assigned crew members in the mission data file.  Shouldn't happen, but it did.  Please zip up the campaign folder and post it.  I can probably figure it out if the MissionData file is still there.
