Cliffs of Dover - Resetting Statistics (Pilot hours, planes flown etc)

Now that I think I have just about got the hang of it can I reset to zero the pilot statistics so I can keep a log of flying hours without all the hours logged that I have spent up to now.  I thought that perhaps deleting a certain file would work but I cannot identify which file is changing after i have flown.
