Gladiator PRO new profile and buttons layout for test

The default buttons layout in Gladiator/Gladiator PRO joystick follow this (AIRROW) scheme:

 

15 physical buttons + HAT + 14 virtual buttons (shift/mode) = 29 buttons.

Since is impossible please all "Virpilovs" - some want "Pinky" (A) button as conventional press buttons for TS PTT instead "shift" for use trigger  and top button in 2 different way each per Mode, or map HAT as button instead POV... different buttons layout for Gladiator PRO is available for TEST. 

 

Need upgrade the firmware for 1.80.8, re-calibrate the joystick and READ the instructions (in Russian).

 

This is for people comfortable with this procedures - not for "Dummies".

Hmm so, did I understand correctly, that if I want the pinky button to be used as button and not as shift, I need to update the firmware?

Update the firmware don't make Pinkie - button A - work as button instead "Shift".

 

But this update allow you modify the actual buttons layout with VKB Config Software or load the TEST profiles with VKB Config Software or WIZZO.

 

BTW - Save the actual profile in computer folder before load a new is advisable.

Ok, got the stick flashed, and pinky button is now TeamSpeak PTT. How can I edit the axis curves?

 

Edit: Nevermind, BoS sensitivity setting was enough. I love this stick.

Other modified profile (VictorUS).

 

Trigger, top button and HAT modified by Pinkie - but no included in Modes. HAT set as buttons and not POV.

 

Modes added to base buttons "Flaps" "Eject" and "Engine Start" - each press different buttons in Mode 2.

 

Rear base buttons not modifiable to be used only as trim/reset trim functions.

How change only the A button (pinky) from Shift to Button.

 

Notice that at start is need increase the controller buttons count for above 29 (actually used) - the limit is 128.
