Cockpit instruments graphics (problem?)

Hi

 

When I compare the look of the cockpit instruments that I see in the game with some youtube videos or screenshots of cockpits, they look "flat", like the glass was missing (I play at ultra 4k, without ssao and hdr).

 

Is it normal and intentional?
