Brano Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 On Russian forum Danil wrote about beginning of October for new patch. They are continuously adding the content inside. When they will consider it rich enough, the update will be released.
Neil Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Is that He 111 "rotation after emergancy landing" bug this: I had this exact bug on my he111 on wings of liberty server.
Eclipse4349 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I assume this fix will also apply to BOS? The video indicated on BOM. Great work!
II/JG17_HerrMurf Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Not sure why people always seem to be concerned if an improvement in one title will transfer to the others. They operate from a single launcher and previous update to one title has benefitted the other. When DX11 hits it will affect all of the other titles as well.
Eclipse4349 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 (edited) That's a good point. I haven't picked up Moscow yet since I'm still getting to grips with flight sims, so I wanted to ask. It's coming along better than I anticipated though so I'll be picking it up soon I'm sure. I'm very much looking forward to the improved triple monitor support, as well. I only get 10 fps with a GTX 970 with everything on the lowest settings in BOS, but a nice smooth framerate in DCS with all details on high. Either way a 1070 is coming, maybe that will help too. wtornado Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I can't wait until it comes out I haven't been flying waiting for the patch. Not true I am flying CLoD.

You really need a powerful CPU for this game also.
Eclipse4349 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 You really need a powerful CPU for this game also. I have a quad core i7-2700k over clocked to 3.5ghz. How much more do I need? Lol
sinned Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 You really need a powerful CPU for this game also. I also run 3 monitor set up with 15 30 frames per sec with medium setting. When i only put on one monitor, i can run 60+ frames with highest and no drops. Very smooth thru out flight. If CPU is the core issue, I dont think it should affect frames so much. Having one monitor shldnt decrease number of ai plane computation in my opinion? Just a question
FuriousMeow Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 That's because triple monitor support is almost like gaming at 4K resolution. It ups the resolution to almost 4K to spread it across 3 monitors. So, it is going to have significantly less performance regardless of "better" triple monitor support - which is most likely just to fix some bugs and issues at that resolution rather than significantly better performance.
Toxin1 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I have a quad core i7-2700k over clocked to 3.5ghz. How much more do I need? Lol That CPU series has been overclocked passed 5 ghz. I am running an i5-3570K @ 4.2ghz and its been holding up pretty well and most will agree that for this game you benefit if your CPU is >4 ghz. You may want to push that oc if you have not already tested the ceiling.
1PL-Husar-1Esk Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 (edited) Regardles cpu my i52500K @4,7 Ghz was hoging this game at ultra on hd res. Change to i76700 resolved it. But then i bought 3400x1440 monitor and i had to change olso my gpu to 1070 to keep descent frame rates Edited September 16, 2016 by 307_Tomcat

But... Even running 1920x1080 in a window or in any other wider resolution immediately drops my framerate from 60+ to 10. Apparently an Nvidia driver update or a patch fixed this. Now I am happily triple monitoring. There is something nothing wrong there. That CPU series has been overclocked passed 5 ghz.
