Cavemanhead Posted August 31, 2016 Author Posted August 31, 2016 Thought that was just for viewing it! Makes sense now. Thanks
Cavemanhead Posted August 31, 2016 Author Posted August 31, 2016 Still can't find the spinner though...
VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 Here is a skin parts locator jpg. Save the file to your PC. Load it as a layer to any skin. Turn off other layers and save this for the plane as a dds. You should then be able to ID parts by number and color. http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/19486-panel-finder-tool/?p=319328
Cavemanhead Posted September 1, 2016 Author Posted September 1, 2016 I have painted the entire spinner red, but when the engine is running the front part of the spinner is green. What am I missing?
Cavemanhead Posted September 1, 2016 Author Posted September 1, 2016 Nvm... Turns out I missed a section of the spinner!
9./JG27golani79 Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) There are 2 UV islands - one for the static spinner and one for the moving. Edited September 1, 2016 by 9./JG27golani79
Legioneod Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 (edited) Sorry for hijacking this post but my question is similar. Is the skinning process like Rise of Flight? Or is it easier? After I make a skin do I have to get it approved so I can use it in multiplayer, or can I just add it to my game myself? Also, are they making skinpacks for this game like they do for Rise of Flight? Sry if these questions have been answered already. Edited September 15, 2016 by Legioneod
