Could I play this game on laptop?

My laptop is 6 years old and I'm currently looking to buy another one to run current games.

 

Do you think that with an Intel Core i5 6G or Core i5 new 7G with a GTX 960m I will be able to run Il2 BOS?

You should be OK with those specs. Just make sure the laptop has good cooling to prevent the CPU and GPU thermal throttling. By the way the new Nvidia 1060 mobile chip is a full desktop spec and should be much faster.

I got a old stationary i7 2,8 ghz , with a GTX 680 and think it run fine with  medium and some high settings. In theory you should run it. But it will run your GPU at max, so yeah I have cooked a couple of laptop GPU in old IL 2.
