Returing to Game.

Hey all

 

COming back to the game after a few years, and just got all the games 46,CoD,BoS, teamspeak and Hyper lobby. but I cannot get Hyperlobby to work please help it is asking for C:/path Directory dont know what that is, it loads and everything email and p.s. work thanks when I go to connect is the issue, also CloD won't work either. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hyperlobby and IL2 BoS/BoM will not work.

Indeed, IL-2: BoS/BoM have their own server browser built into the game. Something that the old IL-2 (Forgotten Battles, Pacific Fighters, 1946) lacked.

Ah, good old Hyperlobby. It was a pain to get working and then I grew to love it. But yea, forget HL- It no longer applies.

Hi all, I guess I didn't explain question right. I figured out it doesn't go with IL2 Bos/Bom. But I have 1946 and CloD, I would like to play also as I am getting back in too the game. How do I get HL to work with those. Like before. Hyperlobby is asking me for a C:/ pathway to il2. What is that. And how do I make it so it works. Not playing Bos/Bom

The problem with HL was that it only worked if everyone used it.  If you "came in the back door" aka joined via direct IP, it didn't list you in the "online players" and there'd be a mismatch and servers that didn't show as full in HL would actually be full and you couldn't join.

 

HL was definitely an improvement over the horrid ubi.com lobby/launcher which was so bad that it was barely functional, but HL wasn't without its flaws.

 

If they added co-op lobbies and a "lobby chat" to this game it'd be excellent.

For set Hyperlobby for IL-2:46 you find better help there - but is easy, just copy il2fb.exe path and past in Hyperlobby:

I have it, just not up to speed agin flying I dont want to get in there take off and get shot down a minute after i get up, i wnat to be able to contribut to my Clan. and do ok.  I cant seen to find where IL@ is located on my computer from steam so I g\can have HL find it. can anyone tell me where to find the games?

Hyperlobby was great!  Would be nice to access BOM/BoS there.....or a similar 3rd party meeting point.

That is all the hundreds of pilots on the Hyperlobby  are waiting for and if they throw in a lobby and

a friendlier ME the devs will strike gold.
