Is there a change list version to version?

Somewhat. They have announced changes in the Early Access forum for this version, but not a full list of fixes/etc. Thinking back on products I've tested, the beta tests are usually when the change/fix list was published outside of the dev team - prior to beta phase it was just introduce new things and announce what doesn't work but not what's been fixed.

I'm sure they're working on it, the approach has been very sensible so far.
