Link a MCU command:damage "complete" to a number or all of them and have those go off for the whole dump when a specific target within the dump is killed by a player. There is a great flash with flames fire and smoke erupting as all the single elements within the gsm or arf_ammo go up as one. Tip

Here is a group in which the dump will explode 6 seconds after the Zis Fuel Truck is destroyed. Note that all the fuel and ammo blocks are linked entities as well as what their durability settings are should you wish to have the destruction of one of those to set off the chain reaction instead of the Zis.
