BOM unlocks.

I have both BOS and BOM premium accounts but I cannot unlock modifications in BOM unless I play the campaign and complete the missions. I have contacted support and they seem to be very difficult to communicate with. they keep asking for screen shots and stuff totally unrelated to my problem. It is simple my "premium" BOM game acts exactly like the limited edition. I have tried for 3 months to unlock all modifications without success. Support now says that their records show that I have unlocked all mods but that it totally untrue. The problem is at their end not mine and I am disappointed.

Do you have the regular non-steam version?

 

If you do, and you have the premium Account properly Registered you only have to go on the homepage of Il-2, Log in and Click on your "Profile" in the upper right Corner of the Site. 

You will get a couple of Buttons there like:

-Account

-Purchases

etc.

 

around the middle of the List there is a Button

"Activate Unlocks"

 

this opens a Sub Page with a Big Button "Activate"

Click that button

 

Then start the game and vóila, all your unlocks are available. 

 

This will unlock your unlocks, not your skins though.

This should work with the STEAM- version as well.

It does work with steam version too, did it couple days ago when i bought BoM.
