Worse fps after patch, any advice welcome

hi, so on the ground when taxiing my fps is about 25- 32 fps , when flying above 300 meters 50/60 fps. in the previous patch taxiing was smooth as silk and i want it back ,  i did a full reinstall ( didnt work)  i don't use the new grass, any ideas? is it worth installing direct x 10 again (not sure which one i need)   thx.

Also noticed fps drop after patch. Previously I was in awe that BOS runs so much smoother than CloD or ROF even on the ground.

Might be the buggy grass lighting effect on the ground. The patches mentioned something to do  with the edge of the grass render distance less noticible (imo more noticible)
