If I look my input-folder, only current.map -file has chanched/modified after update.

 

I only briefly looked inside current.actions, and it seemed to contain hotas and keyboard bindings.

I am curious & you guys can help in a second.My password no longer works to do anything with the desktop icon .I keep getting a wrong password message no matter what i do.Is this just because we have to wait for the update later to go into effect.No problem if so...jut would like to know.I can stop trying to figure out what's going on.

No, you should not get a message that your password doesn't work.

James you need to update your game via the launcher first.  You can do this now.  Go to;

 

computer>local disc©>programmefiles(x86)>1cGamesStudios>IL2battleofstalingrad>bin>game then scroll down and click on the red star with Launcher next to it.  This will update your game the way it did last week, though a smaller download tonight.  When that is complete we just wait for the game server to come up at 00.00 Moscow time (3p,m, eastern) and launch the game through your desktop icon.

Replying late so I guess you've already figured it out, but you only need to have it up and running before launching BOS, it should work just fine.
