How do you toggle smoke generator?

i believe it's bomb release? if not try the rocket launch key.

Bomb release key, but only if load smoke pods:

 

Then the key will leave smoke trail, press the key again stop the smoke.

If, instead smoke pods you have load bombs to plane, will drop bombs with this same key.

For those that haven't found them yet, the smoke pods are provided under the "Aerobatics" key on the aircraft setup page.

Also, no other loadout (guns or bombs) is possible with the smoke. So you have to choose between unarmed aerobatics or armed flight. This includes the default machineguns and cannons, not just the additional gun gondolas.

What is a good news, will prevent morons use smoke in online dogfight like in IL-2 46, unless they want only do aerobatics while other people shoot at then.
