Do you have a nvidia card? If so, you can use shadowplay to grab your screen. Postprocessing options there are many, easiest the windows movie maker, or virtual dub, e.g....

The in game recording only works with the replay viewer, youll have to use 3rd party software to record the screen while playing back your track.
