Transferred game to Steam. Now it says Key is not activated

I activated the key on steam.  But now when I try to log in, it says #5 key is not activated.  My profile on the website does not let me add steam keys or activate anything else.

Fixed, it was actually a browser issue.

made all steps in steam shows all dcs bought but on il2 website says invalid keys what happened got bos and every dlcs

when i want to start game it says key not activated

Sorry, but you bought BOS after release, you can't get a Steam key.

then how do I get access to fly the game? I have followed directions to get steam keys but those keys are invalid. CAN i get my money back/

GOING ON 3 MONTHS NOW NO SUCCESS. I HAVE SENT SCREEN SHOTS, I TRIED TO GET STEAM KEYS BUT THEY WERE INVALID. I TRIED TO BUY BOS AND BOM THROUGH STEAM BUT WAS TOLD #5 KEY MISSING AND I ALREADY OWN THE GAME ON 1CGAMES IF THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS THE GAME I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK. HOW ABOUT SOME HELP!

If you already own the game, why are you trying to buy it again from Steam? You don't need Steam to run it.
