I was playing my steam version of BoS about a year ago just fine, have the premium planes and everything... so I tried to log in last night and I got the famous error #5 License key not activated. I thought that was weird, logged into the site and noticed my steam key wasn't on my profile, so I added it and everything says activated, but I still get the error when I try to login. Strange...

Already did, but I'm sure they don't work the weekends... and since it's the weekend I'd actually like to you know... play. So I was trying to see if any of you guys had any ideas.

I'm pretty sure they also have support staff on weekend. no guarantee though.

Dunno... I was gonna buy BoM and see if that fixes it, but better not. I guess I'll have to see if I can get on next weekend.

Just a thought. If you haven't played for a year, your install is going to be rather out of date. It might be worth uninstalling and then installing the latest version. This might possibly fix it, and if it doesn't you will at least have the game ready for when support gets back to you.

This is actually a fresh wipe of my computer, I hadn't had it installed until now. I found it odd that my key wasn't activated anymore on the site, but my premium planes were. I had bought the deluxe edition on steam when there was a big sale back in Dec 2015.
