Need help getting my Reshade / Mediator back after patch

 Soooooo, after latest patch my game launcher stopped working and had to do fresh install.  Now game is working but want my fabuouos sweet fx 2.0 / reshade / Mediator back.  When I downloaded I have the dialogue that comes up stating "successful" but when I DL Mediator this is what it looks like and I can not set it up...HELP!

I always had two installs:
- clean BoS

- sweetFx/reshade BoS

 

After last patch my sweetFx/reshade BoS launcher stopped working, so I gave up and use just clean install now, 
 

In RoF both versions work with no problem (and so did BoS/BoM until the last patch)....
