Gump Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 forgive me for any errors or ignorance. . from the trk playbacks, i've tried nvida's shadowplay and overwolf's capture, but both methods yield too much chop/stutter in the final video. i can use these pgms off the actual gameplay without issue, but i want the different views. . so what is the secret?
Monostripezebra Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 play a bit around with bit rate, resolution and graphic settings.. OBS (which is not soo different from shadowplay, but for me works better..) is also worth a try.
Sketch Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 I use Shadowplay and record "raw" gameplay, then go and make a second recording of the track (from various perspectives), then use editing software to combine them. I have a pretty beefy computer though.
Boomerang Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 OBS for recording, Gimp for stills, Audacity if needed for sound, and Blender for the editing. There all free as well.
LLv44_Kanttori Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 (edited) How you share your new videos in this forum? I mean they are "embed" You Tube videos but I cant find the tools how you put the Iframe code here? I mean this code: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/SkOX5Lcufec" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Edited September 18, 2016 by LLv32_Kanttori
Boomerang Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 All I do is: Open your video in a browser, (YouTube for example), copy the link and paste the whole link in the chat. Hope this helps you out S!
curiousGamblerr Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 Quick run down of my video process: 1. Record a track in-game 2. Playing the track, I use FRAPS to capture all the "raw" shots I want 3. Open this file in Windows Movie Maker to a. combine all raw shots into one file and b. convert to mp4 4. Transfer this giant (usually many gigs) file from my Windows PC to my Mac via direct ethernet connection 5. Edit and create my video in iMovie
