jsgme replacement - new app

For those that use JSGME there is a new app available and being developed. It's at ver 1.2 at this time. Here's a link to the topic on the DCSW site:

Good finding, while JSGME sometimes leave some leftovers, hope this will do the job better.

while these are all good whats the point?

Without any real mod support yet whats the point of mod manager?
I mean control configs? (tho 99% of planes can fly with same settings)
Turning on and off Terrain.cfg mod or versions of it?
Turning on and off 4K skins (no this is handled ingame already)
