FourFiveOne Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 Hello, and thanks for taking the time to look at this thread. I'm looking for an English speaking squadron (as I can't speak any other languages) that flies either side (preferably the one with the least amount of players) and is on a US timezone (as the pacific coast is where I'm located) or at least with a contingency of US timezone players. In the end I'm looking for flexibility and a chill environment. A little bit about myself: I've been flying since I was thirteen and I'm 28 now, so that's about 15 years of being a stick nerd. I've flown Fighter Ace, Aces High, earlier versions of IL-2, ArmA (helos), and DCS. I'm relatively new to IL-2 BoS/BoM but I find the plane set enjoyable and I genuinely have fun flying anything within the game be it fighter, CAS or bomber. I look forward to hearing from y'all.451
curiousGamblerr Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 http://simulatedaircombat.enjin.com/ To elaborate on Jizzo's verbose introduction , you sound like a perfect fit for the guys at Simulated Air Combat. We've got two units- the decorated JG52 flying LW and relatively new 19.G flying VVS. Pick your poison! You can find us on teamspeak @ jagdwaffe.enjinvoice.com, feel free to come say hi sometime. Better yet, if you'd like to meet some of the guys, there's an event at 3pm EDT (New York) this Saturday, organized by JG52 Manu. It's called Saturday Night Bomber Flights and involves 2-3 hours of flying on either side working to destroy and defend predetermined objectives. Each side organizes themselves and flies cooperatively. It's awesome! Find out more here: http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/20918-saturday-night-bombers-flight/?p=375475 And last but not least- welcome! 1

I'd like to meet the people before I commit to them.
TP_Silk Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 We do. I'll see if I can get one of the officers to PM you or you could apply for a trial and use it to see whether you like us. That would likely be the best way as all relevant details would be provided during the process and it is a 'no obligation' process. Now is an ideal time as we're between campaign phases right now and due to start the next on very soon.
