theater of war campaign unavailable

Hi,

 

I just purchased IL-2 BOS on Steam and registered it on Il-2 Sturmovik website. I can log in to my account in the game but when I try to start BOS part 1 or 2 I get the message that the campaign is unavailable and I get sent to the store web page to purchase it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
