Master Server Down?

Master Server Down again.

"Always send an email to support if there is a problem."  Anyone have the support email address?

Several people report they can't get into the game because the master server is down, myself included.

Got a banned message on WoL and another server, and when I restarted the game got a "no connection with authorization server" message.

Good question. I have not seen anything official yet.

I doubt it. Next large update (Ju52 and Yak1b) will be exciting though!

Seeing as it's 4AM Moscow time, probably wont be seeing a fix for a few more hours. 

 

What's upsetting is that you can't even play campaign mode. Just single and quick missions. Horrible system IMO.

Seeing as it's only 9 PM where I am in the U.S. that is pretty annoying. Oh well.

Never had any trouble launching the game but now I get message "Launcher has stopped working."  When i try to relaunch I get "Another instance of the gaucher is already running."  

 

Anyone have this happen and is there a fix?  I'm running windows 10.

i think its got something to do with todays Master Server Crash, id just wait

Current downtime just pushed the game's availability below 98% for the month of July 2016.

 

It does not appear that anyone is monitoring the support ticket queues outside of Moscow business hours.
