Sudden fps drop (graphic card usage at ~40%)

Hello,
Firsty my specs:

Intel Xeon Processor E3-1230V2 [8M Cache, 3.30 GHz]
Nvidia Geforce Gtx 760 (2GB OC Version) with reference cooling
16GB Ram 1600Mhz
PSU: 650W Corsair
Motherboard: MSI Z68A-G43
Operating system: Windows 10

So here is the problem that happens to me only in IL-2 BoS.

When I fly I monitor usage of my graphic card, cpu and fps. I have limited fps to 60.

Sometimes suddenly I get huge fps drop, from 60 to 15, and usage of my graphic card drops from about 80% to about 40% the fan slows down and it looks like the graphic card goes almost idle.

What I have done, is restore all graphic settings in nvidia inspector to default set lowest settings in game but the problem still occurs.

I thought maybe my HDD is dying, so I moved BoS to my SSD but the problem didn't gone.

At low settings I get easily 60fps even on ground and in air I would get about 100fps easily without fps limiter.

And this is not overheating like I thougt too, because at low settings with fps limiter my card works at maximum 70 dgrs and mostly at 60.

And to be clear, the CPU is probably not the problem. It works at 50 dgrs max and 20% of the usage.

And the most weird thing is that those fps drops happens often when I'm in air even at 4-5k meters, so there is much less of graphic card usage, I totaly don't get it what is going on.

The fps drops also exist only a few minutes about 3 then everything goes back to normal stable 60fps no problems ... Idk what I can do more to fis this.

I almost forgot, this problems started a few weeks ago, I flew earlier without any problem.

Did you recently updated your graphic card drivers? You can try with older drivers. I stick with 361.00 for a long tim enow and everything runs smooth!
