Allow us to change official camo while using custom skin.

This is especially necessary on snow maps,using my Custom Winter camo can be seen only by other players who have it downloaded. Others will see the default camouflage which isn't very good for Winter.

 

I also want other players without the skin to see that I am using the Finnish camo on my BF109 G2 and my Ju88 but would like to use a historical custom camo instead. (People in-game recognize me as pretty much the guy that plays Finnish planes). So I can be on the airfield and let them know,I am the Finnish BF 109 G2 (while also being able to see my historical skin)
