Zygiert Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Hello, Every time I try to spawn by clicking "start" (no matter SP or MP) i get message as below: "#10036 personal package is not available for your account, or your game copy contains modified pilots configuration files or or weaponry configuration files. Game cant work correctly" No idea what is it, last week everything was fine. Didn't change any files or sth. ps. Also i discovered that BoM gift key which i activated on my account disappeared from my activated key list, and by trying to re-enter it i just get "invalid key" message. Already sent ticket to support. Regards Zygiert

TP_Jacko Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Do you have the game version that lets you fly the aircraft. Some BoM aircraft are not availabe for BOS

Zygiert Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Still the same. Reinstall if the game did not help. Got feeling that it has something to do with bom key vanished. Im waiting for support help since I should be able to play both games, but i cant play any of them.

Mongoose007 Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 Customer support resolved the issue for me. It was some setting they had to correct as I recall. Try to give them a little more time, if possible.
