Pe-2 can't change propeller RPM

I ran into this issue last night, and it wasn't happening before yesterday.

 

I am not able to change the RPM's for the Pe-2 which makes it impossible to fly the aircraft. I had the function set to my Warthog and to my keyboard and neither one will work. I tried clearing the bindings and resetting them. I tried restarting the game. I tried to make sure it worked on other aircraft (it did). And I tried binding RPM control for engine 1 and engine 2 to mess with it one engine at a time. None of that worked so I just gave up.

 

Anyone dealt with this and know why it's happening?

I just bought BoM yesterday so that seems very likely. I will check this when I get home. Thanks for the reply.
