Launcher not working

Since last patch I get the "Launcher has stopped working" Windoze error. Game will launch directly from the .exe in bin/game. How do I fix?

After launching direct it asked for my email and password... hasn't asked since initial.

 

All graphics settings lost, started in windowed version... seems like I might have to redo everything... not sure I have the interest to spend the time. Might try a Windows restore point.
