Is it just me, or are clouds flickering more now?

I was flying a few test missions to play around with the terrain.cfg tweak being discussed in another thread (here: http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/23699-make-il-2-look-stunning-improved-ground-detail-and-visibilit/ ). I still haven't been able to detect any noticeable difference in the terrain as a result of that tweak, but I did notice that now my clouds are flickering/pulsing incessantly (similar to what happens occasionally in RoF, but much worse, more widespread and frequent).  This was happening in the stock missions I was flying without the terrain.cfg tweak as well as with it, so that tweak shouldn't have anything to do with this.  FWIW, the tests were run in QMB on the Moscow autumn map, from the airfield closest to Moscow, with "cloudy" weather setting, at 15:30 hours, at 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 m altitudes.  Other than the clouds, flight was smooth at about 90-100 FPS with no stutters or other noticeable problems (just me alone on a free flight).

 

Is anybody else seeing this in their game?

I've noticed that too.
