I have a $1,000 budget.  The computer below is from cyberpower and comes in at just below that level. How do you think this will run BoS/RoF?

To the OP's original question:

Yes it will run it more than fine m8

I have a dated AMD 6 core 2.8 clocked to 3.5 with 8gig of Gskill RAM and a ATI6950 2 gig vid card and get 40FPS with everything maxed on BoS 1920x1080 res .. If you play CoD again same resolution everything maxed and get 35-45Ffps there too over built up areas and that system is a lot more better than mine
