I would more move over for a GTX760 it is more powerfull as you can see at: http://www.hwcompare.com/14801/geforce-gtx-660-vs-geforce-gtx-760/

 

forgot something get win8-64, why it is simple, after a while all the drivers are more optimized for win8.

To the OP's original question:

 

Yes it will run it more than fine m8

 

I have a dated AMD 6 core 2.8 clocked to 3.5 with 8gig of Gskill RAM and a ATI6950 2 gig vid card and get 40FPS with everything maxed on BoS 1920x1080 res .. If you play CoD again same resolution everything maxed and get 35-45Ffps there too over built up areas and that system is a lot more better than mine
