Network problem in China

Here I present the Chinese player to start this topic, BOS is losing fans in China because of the network problem, we are full of joy to bought the game, but we are disappointed when we face this problem.

Sometimes is difficult to connect to the main serve, not to say the multiplayer, just like the picture in the attachment.

Sometimes we can connect to the multi by using a VPN, like wings of liberty, DED serve etc., but the connection would certainly lost in few minutes.

Yes, we have to reconnect the serve just after we took off and gear up. 

 

We dont know whether you care about Chinese market, and we are not sure you can do some changing just for the Chinese player even you do care about us. We still the minority in this big family.

Of cause, we know that in network there is a wall between the the whole world and us( at least we are better than North Korea, lol.), but we can play well in CLOD, there is not any problem on network, just only the high ping, but it never lost connection.

 

So the almighty technical team of BOS, could you please save your fans in China, do something on network problem.

Your problem maybe is the high ping, bu you can still play in the serve, or better after you accelerate your net by setting a VPN, I believe you can connect the master-serve easily.

Our problem is lost connection with master-serve frequently. 

that's horrible, you may quit the game suddenly because of this reason, when you just take off or encounter an enemy plane.  and this quit is not the kick out from the serve by high ping.

it's not China only. Since the last update 2.002 i have the same problem, the same message and i live in Germany.

 

Also i can't join the game offline. Then i get the message: #10005 Please update your game. But in the launcher since the last update i can only choose PLAY. I deleted the update folder but still no luck.

I solved my problems with a new download of the installer and an installation in the old folder. Also i found two BoS files in my firewall which are blocked. Don't had problems with this before the last update.

lol, thanks for your suggestion, maybe our problem is too far away from the master-serve, always lost connection with it.

if there is a master-serve in east Asia that might be solved.

I think the closest one is in Ireland or something, it might as well be on Mars for people with bad internet.
