Hi,

I've bought the game BOS recently and tried out a little bit how to use it (because I'm new.....). But does anyone know where to find one or several manuals how to fly a plane, which function is accessable by pressing which letter on the keybord and so on.....

Additionally I'm looking forward to find a squadron, where I can excercise and after a while also can fly missions together with camerads.

Thanks for answers in advance!!!!

Best regardsa here from Berlin.

Do you plan to fly for a particular side? My mates and I would be happy to assist and fly with you but we are dedicated to German AC at the moment. More of an association than a squadron for now.

For tutorials, Requiem's videos are really great: https://www.youtube.com/user/RequiemBoS

As for finding a squad, you can look in the squadrons subforum here: http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/forum/17-virtual-squadrons/

Many squads lean towards a specific side, sometimes even a specific plane, but most aren't strict about it. For example, I'm in a pretty new squad, 19th Guards, and while we concentrate on VVS during scheduled events, we'll fly German together sometimes for a change or if it means balancing a server.

I would recommend checking out the Official teamspeak, described here: http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/4802-official-teamspeak-server-bos-mp-now/?hl=+official%20+teamspeak

If you hang out on the teamspeak/ask people in a server if they mind you joining on their teamspeak you'll find you have flying buddies in no time, and will learn much more quickly than on your own. From there, joining a squad will come naturally as you have people to play with.
