After the latest patch, the command to center Track IR does not work, even when assigned to a key different than F12 which I think is now used to center the VR view.

At this stage I have not had any issues with recentering. I still have F12 as the default key.

I'll keep monitoring though.

Well it still works in RoF, but not in BoS

I don't have it double mapped either

go into your track ir and make sure you have this unchecked..

also make sure your track ir game profiles is up to date.

Yeah I do have that box checked and my game profiles are up to date. BoS works so well with TrackIR I don't need the recenter command. But it's odd that it just stopped working. Maybe reinstalling the Naturalpoint software might do it.

You don't have to re-center? I still have to re-center after every combat/encounter and I'm on track clip pro and IR5.

Mapped to HOTAS and still working, sorry for the aside.

On other sims I need to recenter occasionally but BoS and RoF seem to have TrackIR set up so well it hardly needs to recenter. I use the "smooth" preset for this game. DCS and X-Plane I needed to make profiles for but not the 777 games. It's like the default sensitivity is done perfectly.

The reason TrackIR needs the "center" command isn't because of the device itself it's because of how the games work with it. Just try it out from the TrackIR screen. As much as you move your head around it will never lose tracking and when you look forward you'll still be centered. Every game seems to have a different interpretation of the movement though and that's why it needs to re-center. But BoS and RoF are almost perfect.
