Tidying up BOS/BOM before the next project

With all the "where is the DD" discussion and Jason saying a new project will be made it would be nice if some things could be tidied up in BOS/BOM

 

EXTERNAL/DROP TANKS

Many aircraft had this capability and it should be reflected in game.

 

JU87/JU88 DIVE BOMBING SYSTEMS

Neither of these types in BOS/BOM incorporate the Auto Dive Auto Release and recovery and contact Altimeter systems that were fitted to both of these aircraft. In fact without them I think the aircraft are incomplete. (IL2 Classic and CLOD both have them).

 

PATIN COMPASS

the Bezel should be made functional on those types equipped with the Patin compass. (Again IL2 Classic and CLOD have functional bezels). Makes Navigation in full real a whole lot easier.

Fix the bar incontrovertible evidence has been presented here that the pilots view is currently porked 

 

CONTRAILS

In general I think they occur at too low an altitude. It would also be nice if some amount of randomness on their altitude was introduced.

 

NEW TYPES

Be nice to see a YAK1B with tear drop canopy.

Italians need the MC200.

MANUALS

Keep the manual updated as new types are introduced and or features are updated.
