FAW_Spit Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Hi all Until further advice, it seem that the early phase of game developement is a real success . We know it's far to reach the final stage but it's already excellent and i think it's already a winner . As seen in RoF a good point of view of what can be the final game ( a bit of imagination) As i said several times (in french an english) i've exactly the same sensation when the first IL2 came... A great step in flight combat sims.. a new era is at the beginning. i feel this twelve year ago.. and now i really think we are ready for a 10 year story again... I just hope for a mission builder différent of the RoF dev tool... too complex for a regular use i hope a tool mode clos of hte IL2 mission builder were any guy can build mission and campaign for squad friends or community. The next alpha phase i'm wainting.............. many of you await sepcially the F4.. i'm not a great fan of german's planes i prefer VVS birds.. an specially awaiting the IL2.. but sure test the Freidrich will be a great pleasure!! In fact... you can give s a Po2... will be really pleased anyway!! Great Job really!! And don't forget Tuesday starts at midnight on Monday what day is it today? Cheers Dakpilot And.. Moscow is not Paris.. or London.. or the town you are.. don't forget!! 1
SYN_Mike77 Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 So, Am I counting right? 3:00 pm Eastern US time?
ATAG_Slipstream Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 So, Am I counting right? 3:00 pm Eastern US time? If thats the same as mid night Moscow, then yes! It was 8PM for me in the UK last week.
ITAF_Rani Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dO9mEv5Ve54 Is a G6...but this video provide a good idea of what will be our 109....
Zoring Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Don't forget you can just type in google 'time in moscow' and It will tell you the current time. 6:30pm at the time of my post here.
Sim Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 So if my math is right, the online servers should be up in ~5 hours?
Panzerlang Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dO9mEv5Ve54 Is a G6...but this video provide a good idea of what will be our 109.... Going by the BoS LaGG3, if the BoS 109 bounces like the one in that video did on its first landing it'll break. I hope they've toughened them up.
Zoring Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 So if my math is right, the online servers should be up in ~5 hours? Providing it's also a midnight release then yes.
71st_AH_Hooves Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Argh once again ill be counting the minutes to works end.
Triad773 Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Nice update! Really like these Dev Updates- things are moving along nicely Thanks
flyingjulez Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Update can be downloaded! Use the Launcher.exe in your bin/game directory to get the 44 MB update. 1
Bearcat Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 I don't fly German AC much although I think that will change in BoS just based on the limited planeset but I would be curious to read the comparisons between this 109 and the one in CoD even if it is a different variant. I thi k the one in CoD is an E corre t or does CoD have an F as well?
PA-Sniv Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Update can be downloaded! Use the Launcher.exe in your bin/game directory to get the 44 MB update. Thanks for the tip! Game updated!

I am pissed!!!! Yet you didn't make a single post asking for help. Can't be that pissed i guess. What problem are you having exactly.
Uufflakke Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I don't know if it is the appropriate thread to post this but there is a spelling error in the Bf 109 cockpit. Einritt should be Eintritt.
Obelix Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Once again, I want to say a great "Thanks" for those marvellous job. Waiting impatiently for the "IL-2" Thanks to all Steph "obélix"

From what I read it's the only place the developers will look to see reports from users. It might be worth trying there, Uufflakke.

From what I read it's the only place the developers will look to see reports from users. It might be worth trying there, Uufflakke. I've thought about that forum indeed. But it is only meant for bugs and more important I do not have access to start a new topic. For the simple reason I'm not a founder. Anyway, if they read it they read it. If they don't they don't.

Uufflakke Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I made a post about in the early access forum. Thanks.
1CGS LukeFF Posted November 28, 2013 1CGS Posted November 28, 2013 Thanks. Sure thing! That's the same sort of thing I look for when testing new cockpits for ROF. The devs appreciate that sort of feedback and pretty much always fix such mistakes once they are aware of them.
Zak Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Folks, we'll be publishing today's dev blog update in about 1,5 hours when Loft is back from a business meeting. Don't you worry, there will be news today 1
