I want it to share some documents here, perhaps everyone interested not only in the developers. For the moment we do not know the planeset, but I think, I'm not mistaken, if i put an original il-2 Pilot manual here.

Sorry, it's russian, maybe someone will be kind enough to translate.  :)

ps: In the following days I want to share a couple of similar documents here, but It would be great, if my action followed by others, who has a similar documents (I have a lot of German documents too, I have lack of russian or english book)

ps ps: please, any admin make a folder in the History section, / Manuals and documents, and move this to there. I think these topics are better suited there...

I think I still have all my Bf-109D - Bf-109K manuals in PDF. I'll look around and post them up if they aren't here already.

Got the attached one off the net a long time ago, not sure where from. No reason to be sad, really.

NZTyphoon, thanks for posting the P-39 manual.  I've always been intrigued by this aircraft's design and also how the opinions of the American (British?) pilots were so different than many of the Soviet pilots.  It may have been more related to the role and use of the aircraft than anything.

I tried and tried in Il-2 to fly this plane but always wanted to toss it around like a nimble dogfighter and I found it hard to maintain speed and recover from a stall.

Oh, and I'm going to nick that quote in your signature for my next data presentation at work.
