Hello All.

I have searched for this and came across one answer but I'm not a computer buff in any way, shape or form.  The answer is really getting to deep for me, when you have to alter configs.

Is there anyway I can change key commands for BoS and CoD, that's not so involved.

My joystick is the Logitech extreme 3D pro.

Any help would be fantastic please.

It's really just an exercise in patience, not tech know-how.

I'm not very patient, so facing remapping my stick can keep me from flying for months.

DUH !!! I'm sorry everyone, I should have gone into game first before hastily writing my plea for help.  Config's found.

My apologies again.

if you really want to see a hard long tedious input mapping then look at DCS.

IL2 is easy compared to what I have seen, and its easy as IL2 1946, all you have is just click in the area you want to map and then move your input you want to assign, don't know why your making it harder than it is.

If you read what I said properly instead of attempting to break the world record of number of posts you'd see I FOUND where the config's are and even said DUH about myself.  I'd appreciate it if you didn't write back again and again.  I do have a reason why this happens if you read my profile, it's medical, if you really must know.

If you look at posting times it is most likely that your "finding the configs moment" post was not up before Mastiff started to reply...

Depending on what your medical situation is I suffered a crushed right hand at work with servere damage last fall

and I still do not have the strenght to use my Logitech 3D pro joystick so I pulled my Logitech S13 out of my closet

that I bought 5 years ago and configured the mini joystick on it to fly with and I use pedals for the rudder.

Just got re operated on monday again so I will be using the S13 for a while yet.

Hope it helped you.

While it may seem a bit insincere/condescending, I flew for many years as a co-pilot, flying right hand and left throttle, when transitioning to Captain, all had to be re-learnt

having suffered from a number of injuries I do understand, and am not trying to diminish anyone's experiences, simply saying that even in normal situations things will be overcome, when extraordinary situations intervene we can do even better  ;)
