Some questions

Hello all,

 

1. Am I correct in assuming, that currently we are unable to use the Moscow map with PWCG? If so, I assume this will eventually be implemented and will we then be able to progress from Moscow to Stalingrad?

 

2. When, for example, doing a carrer with the 109 and starting with the F-2, will the squadron be upgraded with the F-4 during the progress of the campaign?

 

3. The wingmen AI is somewhat flaky, as others have noted. Will it help, if I am the flight leader, to keep them under control?

Moscow map is not in place yet.  Development will start soon.

 

Short answer: yes.  

Longer answer: it's already there.  PWCG is currently playable on the Stalingrad map for about 18 months.  The front moves only during the battle period - August/42 to February 43.  Before and after is played on a static map.  Aircraft upgrades are already part of the timeline.  For example, a unit might transition from an F2 to an F4 to a G2.  Adding Moscow will make the timeline longer and possibly allow for further transitions.

 

3. Not a PWCG question so I don't know.  Still a good question and worth asking on the general forum.
