Ping/Multiplayer issue since last patch

Hello all,

 

Prior to the last patch, I was able to fly on multiplayer servers with 50+ other people (including at times being in the proximity of 20+ player controlled aircraft without issue) however now I am being constantly kicked from servers.  Sometimes, I get a warning that my ping is to high, other times I do not get a warning and I receive no error message after being kicked from the server.  I have changed no programs/internet settings recently.  Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
