Cant log into dev website in order to activate my key

requested a new password 3 times so my email adress is correct, and on top of that would i even be able to write on this forums if my username/password were not matching?

 

It always says incorrect email adress and/or password when i try to log in here http://il2sturmovik.com/ - since I cannot I also cant active my key and cant play the game i just bought for 40 euros

We have not been able to replicate your problem.

use for your browser settings  "default"
- clear you browser history (cookie files, temp files....)
- check the settings of the Security (antivirus, firewall, UAC ...)
- make sure you have Administrator privileges for your Windows account
- try again using another browser

yes I have entered my profile earlier today but from a different location. I am now logged in from my previous location as well however I dont use Firefox this time. It did NOT work with Windows 10 - Firefox 46.0.1 for me.

Can you log in on any other website using your system (Win 10+Firefox 46.0.1)? Or you've the issue only with our site?

when I used a different location it worked with Win 7 + latest Firefox, at home it worked with Win10 and Microsoft EDGE browser, version 25.10586.0.0
