On a more serious note, I was looking at the great pilot model and animation (external view) and then looking at the pilots arm, when firing the flare pistol (internal view) and I was thinking it would be so nice to have a full pilot, or at least the option of one, in the cockpit. Given that it's possible for the arm presumably it wouldn't be that much more difficult to include the whole body, would it ?

One of those features I also wanted for BoS Not to mention - this would work great with future VR devices (Oculus Rift). Maybe in the next expansion?

The devs have repeatedly stated, that they aren't necessarilly opposed to the idea, but that it's not something they plan for the spring 2014 release, if ever.
