When will premium planes for BOM be available for purchase?

Well okay, i realize they are suppose to be available when BOM is released on steam....yet is it not already? I mean my BOS seems to have updated to now include it. I guess it is referring to a separate entity release of BOM???

We want a simultaneous launch on Steam and the website for these remaining items. Putting items on Steam takes a bit of effort.
