Wing damage, or i-16 model problem?

That looks odd... I've flown the I-16 a lot and not seen that.

Could be an LOD issue and damage. Weird. never seen that. Maybe a one off glitch. I don't see anyone else reporting it. Try zooming your FOV in and out and see if it changes.

Thank you for responding. I flew around a bit and did a sortie in it. I zoomed in and out like normal, but the wing still looked like that even while operating the ailerons. Probably just a one-off thing, but I'll go try it once more in game and see if I can replicate the problem. 

Yeah, tried it again and nothing was wrong with that wing. I guess it was just a one-time thing. I should'nt have had any damage prior to that screenshot, but who knows : )

It's possible that it was an error in the GPU's rendering of the object. It can happen... Especially if its slightly overheated. But overheating isn't the exclusive cause. Even the best error checking and I'm guessing that it will still have issues from time to time.
