Latest update problem

This last update has caused the following problem.

 

it states when I try to sign on to game

 

The program cant start because MSVCP 110.DLL ia missing. Try to reinstall the program to fix problem...

 

How do you reinstall the program?

you install or do a repair for net-frame work?

 

you on Steam or PC version?

 

steam version locate your game files; *:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\_CommonRedist run those programs located in those folders.

 

PC version; *:\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\redist

I suggest you down load the 2013 version and any of those other ones, 

 

updating windows of course would solve most of your issues.

 

google is your friend, encases such as this.

I've got the same problem, and I think it's related to Windows 10.  Google found me a Microsoft site that suggested the following:

 

1. Click "Start," type "services.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Search bar and press Enter.

2. NOTE: If UAC (User Account Control) window is prompted for permission to continue, please click "Continue."

3. Double click "Volume Shadow Copy Service" and switch to "General" tab.

4. Change the "Startup Type" to "Automatic" and click "Apply."

5. Click "Start" and click "OK."

 

This did not work for me.  So Microsoft continues...

 

If the issue persists, follow this method:

 

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio from the Official Microsoft website.  Install it once downloaded.  This step will replace the old corrupted msvcp110.dll in MOST cases [my emphasis added].

 

I am afraid to try this C++ thing because I'm afraid of only making things worse.   Rise of Flight runs perfectly and I really don't want to foul that up.

 

Hoping others will chime in here.

 

P.S.  I'm on the PC version, not the Steam version.

This last update returt to nightmare for more pilots and users .. Bad performance no good FPS and very stutterings..
