ST_ami7b5 Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 B6, would you list the new theatres being considered?
Jason_Williams Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 Give it a rest guys. We will make another product, the questions is what to make and what do we add or change etc. As a customer you have 20 planes and several cool maps with QMB and our Campaign. There are also custom SP missions available along with PWCG and some other easy to use mission generators. There are also MP servers and countless friends and comrades on this forum to chat with about aviation and history etc. Why can't that be enough to enjoy for a couple months as we decide what to do next? The team hasn't stopped improving the sim during this time, we just haven't announced anything new. Everyone wants to know what we will make next, but it's not something to beat us up over and discuss incessantly with all kinds of gloom and doom hanging over the comments. This de-motivates the team like nothing else. Please get back to discussing the latest update or i'll close or prune this thread. If you insist on staying on this topic do it elsewhere in the forum that is more appropriate. Jason 11
ST_ami7b5 Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 I don't think forum members' anxiety about the next theater is a bad sign.Quite the contrary - it shows the interst.Anyhow, thanx for your answer...
Lusekofte Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 Just wondering about this custom base... Just got official release of BOM and now people are tired already, and it is not alarming? I think it is, it remind me more of a community with a bit fps game attitude.
1CGS LukeFF Posted June 23, 2016 1CGS Posted June 23, 2016 To be honest, it does get a bit old seeing so many here constantly badgering the team for news about what's coming next. Just enjoy the game for what it is right now and stop worrying about what's coming next. 3

Jade_Monkey Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 (edited) I was thinking about it the other day. We have been pretty spoiled with the constant updates. The devs shouldnt be cheerleading every week so we play the game. They released two full games and continue to make improvements. It's up to us to create MP servers, SP missions and to coordinate to play the game. Edited June 24, 2016 by Jade_Monkey 2

ST_ami7b5 Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 OK, the rest is well deserved, but people want to spend their money on the next project

Dakpilot Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 People are not worrying but looking forward, Luke Post #406 was the type of post Jason was responding to..and it started with" what I am worried about" LoL I don't believe anyone has an issue with speculation of the next Bo? , however it is normal in Patch threads to keep them fairly on topic, there are plenty of theater speculation/support/idea threads The key thing said was Give it a rest guys. We will make another product, with respect to doom and gloom posts.. Cheers Dakpilot
LLv24_Zami Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 Yes, relax guys. Enjoy the summer and when it's raining take a round or two of BoS

We will make another product, with respect to doom and gloom posts.. Cheers Dakpilot As the author of post 406 I'll take this as some kind of tribute. At least we have some sort of positive statement. However, it does appear we'll have to wait a couple of months for an announcement. In the mean time we can enjoy the summer, a healthy dose of spam.....and this forum can go back to sleep again.
ShamrockOneFive Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 Let's make sure we're interpreting all of this properly. The reason that we're all talking about the next one isn't to stress the team out or to get into arguments between ourselves but because, I think at least, we're a bunch of very passionate folks with a deep interest in the subject matter from one angle or another. That's a great thing. While I think some of the suggestions going forward aren't necessarily great ones, I and the rest of us need to keep perspective that its all because of just how interested we are. If you weren't... you probably wouldn't be here. So lets be calm, lets discuss away like we love to do, and lets be excited about the current stuff as much as what might be coming next. It's all for fun. As we sometimes say in Canada. Keep your stick on the ice, eh 2
