Random Pitch bouncing that even affects AI

Can notice it mostly while dog fighting, where I'm in a turn with another fighter (AI) and its plane will start bouncing up and down like its pulling back then letting go,However Every now and then my plane will ALSO have a tendency to do this, and this happens with un-damaged and damaged planes. 

 

I play DCS and FSX and I do not have a problem with my stick, so that rules out a bad stick.

I even put the controls at full Curvature and this happens still (to me and the AI)

 

I'm not 100% certain its a bug but since it includes the AI aswell, Im not so certain anymore. Idea's?

are you making sure there is no wind or gust causing this? this will cause this kind of reaction to the plane.

Yeah, Wind set to zero on all levels,atfirst I thought it was the controls being too sensitive but it affects the ai, best way to describe it, its like the elevators reset to neutral while trying to climb or turn,Even affecting the AI
